Going back to Peek's original request... View from Baimun's House....

I have a very odd shaped yard... The road in our neighborhood comes straight at my front yard... and then turns. (I have a corner lot.

Here's the view out my front yard.


Okay... not very helpful.... here's the diagonal view out at the road that comes into our neighborhood. Just off the right edge of the pic, that road angles to the left and straight away.)


This is the right side yard (I'm up on the second story... and that's the roof of the garage down below.)


This is the side road that goes past my house... this is sorta the left side yard and part of the back.


If I took a shot of the true "back" yard, there's just trees and shrubs and you can't see shit.

Umm... my neighbors are wondering why I'm standing on the roof taking pics.

"Oh... That's just that very STRANGE gentleman..... "

Peeks.... There have been some killer houses posted that make me jealous too... &gt;coughsnapemacabeejorcough&lt;

I didn't take a pic of the front of my house, but it's VERY similar to Andyman's except it's tan and brick. The whole neighborhood is on a slope, so my house is in a small hill. You walk in the front door, walk downstairs to the family room and then walk out onto a patio in the back yard... which then continues to slope away from you. the kids like to sled in the back yard during the winter

I love all the fancy houses in the fancy neighborhoods, but I know the home owners committe would be knocking on my door every other day.

"Excuse me Mr. Baimun... but what exactly is that THING you're building in your front yard?"

"It's an emergency escape slide... you hold on to that bar and slide down the cable from the window to the ground.... and it's fun to goof around on."
